Directions for use:

IMPORTANT: Always work on cool wheels that are out of direct sunlight. DO NOT allow the product to dry on the surface, as this can lead to stubborn streaking or residue. While WHEELIE SUDZ is gentle and pH-neutral, always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection.

• Rinse Wheels: Begin by thoroughly rinsing each wheel with a strong stream of water (preferably from a pressure washer) to remove loose dirt, heavy mud, and surface debris.
• Dilute Product:

• • For IK Foamer/Lance: Pour WHEELIE SUDZ into your foam lance or IK Foamer bottle. For general cleaning and maintenance, start with a dilution ratio of 10ml per 500ml or 1:8 (200ml product to 800ml water in foam lance). For heavier contamination, stubborn brake dust, or degreasing applications, you can use a stronger ratio up to 1:5. Adjust based on your foam cannon's performance, the desired foam thickness, and the level of cleaning power required. (As a guide: typically 50-100ml of product in a 1-litre foam lance bottle, topped with water).
  • For Bucket Application (for brush/mitt): Add 1-3 capfuls (approximately 10-30ml) of WHEELIE SUDZ to a dedicated wheel cleaning bucket filled with 4-5 gallons of water depending on level of soiling. Agitate the water vigorously to create rich suds.

• Apply to Wheels:

• • Foam Cannon: Generously apply the thick foam to the entire wheel surface, ensuring complete coverage of spokes, barrels, brake calipers, and tyre walls.
  • Bucket Method: Dip a dedicated wheel brush, wash mitt, or sponge into the sudsy solution and apply it directly to the wheel, ensuring all areas are thoroughly covered.

• Allow to Dwell: Allow the foam or solution to dwell on the surface for 3-5 minutes. This dwell time is crucial for the lubricating and cleaning agents to encapsulate and loosen brake dust and road grime. For very stubborn contamination, you can allow a slightly longer dwell time, but UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the product be allowed to dry on the wheels, as this can lead to water spotting or residue.
• Agitate (Optional but Recommended): For the most effective clean, particularly on intricate wheel designs or heavily soiled areas, use a variety of dedicated wheel brushes (such as soft-bristle brushes for faces, long-reach brushes for barrels, and detail brushes for calipers/lug nuts) and a sturdy tyre brush to gently agitate the foam/solution. This action ensures maximum contact and cleaning power.
• Rinse Thoroughly: IMMEDIATELY and thoroughly rinse each wheel with a strong, consistent stream of clean water (a pressure washer is highly recommended for optimal results). Ensure all foam, loosened grime, and product residue are completely flushed away from all crevices, lug nut holes, valve stems, and behind the spokes and barrel areas.
• Dry (Optional): For a completely spot-free finish, especially on polished or darker wheels, immediately dry the wheels with a clean, soft microfibre towel specifically dedicated for wheels.
