We gave our chemists a challenge: create the ultimate paint protection coating for black and dark-coloured cars. The goal was to develop a low-cost, yet highly effective alternative to paint protection film, or a way to enhance it.

The result? Not one, but a full line up of REGENER8 self-healing ceramic coatings, available in both ceramic and graphene-infused formulas.

How It Works: The Science of Self-Healing

The REGENER8 coatings are built on our proven ceramic nano-coating formulas. This foundation of ceramic polymer chains is then infused with our new smart REGEN nanoparticles. Think of these nanoparticles as tiny magnets attached to the durable ceramic chains, creating a “memory polymer.”

This memory polymer allows the coating to return to its original, cured state when subjected to gentle heat. Minor scratches and swirls can vanish in the warmth of sunlight or be completely restored with a simple heat gun or hot water application.

By combining our advanced ceramic and graphene technology with the new hand-applied REGEN self-healing technology, our REGENER8 coatings provide exceptional, long-lasting protection.

What is a self healing coating?

Self-healing ceramic coatings are a type of paint protection that can repair minor scratches and imperfections on a surface. It's a combination of nanotechnology and material science that creates a durable, glossy finish that can last for years.

Self-healing ceramic coating has an elastic quality that spreads out the pressure of a scratch over a larger area, absorbing it. Some coatings use nano-particles that flow back together after a scratch, while others require heat to activate the self-healing process.
