Directions for use:

Surface Preparation

For effective adhesion and therefore longevity, preparing the surface for the product is essential and using the graphene ceramic coating alone without proper preparation may lead to a short-lived final finish.

The product cross-links to the surfaces that it’s applied to. Surface cleaning & degreasing is an essential part of the process to ensure that there is no contamination between the product and the surface to be protected.

It is also important the surface has been prepared to the highest standard prior to applying the coating as once applied, it will seal in the surface underneath so if marring, scratches etc are present it is highly recommended the glass is polished prior to the applying the coating to bring the surface to the desired finish first.

• Curing prior to release to client – 4 hours
  
• Full Curing – Up to 7 days

Application Method:

• Application must take place above 5 degrees Celsius in a well ventilated
  area, we recommend wearing protective gloves. Do not dilute.
  
• Surface condition is important, ensure it is dry, free of any waxes, oils &
  silicones. The surface should be thoroughly clayed & wiped with a 50% ratio
  of isopropyl alcohol and water.
  
• Apply three to four drops onto the lint free applicator pad provided, spread
  the coating evenly from top to bottom in sections.
• Bonding begins immediately, remove excess within a few minutes with a light wipe of a microfibre cloth.
• One applicator per window is recommended.
  
• We recommend two coats to increase durability, please leave 1 hour before the second coat.
  
• The coating will fully cure within 12 hours, try to avoid using the wipers until fully hardened.
  
• For optimum performance, clean the wipers with an IPA mix.
  
• This coating requires no special maintenance, after the glass has been fully
  sealed the coating will last 6-8 months dependent on wiper use.
• Coating durability is improved when wipers are limited in use and the glass is
  cleaned only with car shampoo, PH neutral snow foams and citrus
  degreaser's.
• Avoid high PH cleaners and TFR’s.
  
• Remove sealant that comes into contact with, window rubbers, trim and
  paintwork immediately.
