Car detailing microfiber polishing pad for moderate to fine defect removal on fully cured car paintwork.

The Rupes DA Fine Microfiber Polishing Pad delivers extremely effective rates of defect removal and at the same time provide a high-gloss finish on most paint systems. Recommended to be used with DA Fine polishing compound for moderate to fine defect removal, paint refinement, or final finishing after heavy compounding steps.

Containing a specialised microfiber material which is bonded to a semi-flexible foam backing, it allows for better control and contouring over varied panel shapes with an ideal balance of cutting and finishing ability.

  • ⌀ 130mm — 125mm/5" backing plates
  • ⌀ 160mm — 150mm/6" backing plates

Directions for use:

  • Keep your pads clean during use, removing excess compound with a pad tool or compressed air.
  • Do not over-saturate the pad with compound.
  • Wash with a pad washer or by hand with cleaning detergent for prolonged life.
  • Do not allow the pad to get too hot, this can cause delamination.
  • Solvents or other strong cleaners can destroy the foam.
