Directions for use:

IMPORTANT: Apply to a meticulously clean and completely dry surface in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Ensure the fabric is absolutely free of all dirt, dust, oils, and moisture. Always wear appropriate chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Before full application, always test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility and desired results on your specific fabric type.

1. Prepare Fabric: Thoroughly clean the fabric surface using a suitable fabric cleaner or all-purpose cleaner, ensuring all dirt, stains, and residues are removed. Once cleaned, allow the fabric to air dry completely—this is crucial for proper bonding. Vacuum the fabric thoroughly to remove any loose particles or dust.
2. Shake Well: Shake the CERAMIX FABRICOAT bottle thoroughly and vigorously for at least 30-60 seconds before use to ensure the advanced SiO2 formula is perfectly mixed and ready for application.
3. Spray Application: Mist the product evenly onto the fabric surface from a consistent distance of approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches). Apply in a uniform cross-hatch pattern (first horizontal passes, then vertical passes) to ensure comprehensive and even coverage. Avoid oversaturating the fabric; a fine, even mist is more effective than heavy wetting.
4. Work in Sections: For larger areas, work on small, manageable sections (e.g., one seat section, half a convertible roof) at a time to ensure even application and to prevent missing spots.
5. Allow to Cure: After application, allow the coating to fully cure in a dry, dust-free, and well-ventilated environment. For optimal performance and full durability, allow at least 12 hours for full curing before exposing the treated fabric to moisture, liquids, or heavy use. Avoid touching or disturbing the treated surface during this critical curing time.
6. Layering (Optional): For maximum protection, enhanced durability, or on highly absorbent fabrics, a second light coat can be applied. If applying a second layer, allow the first coat to cure for at least 4 hours before the second application.
7. Maintenance: Once treated and fully cured, maintaining your coated fabrics becomes incredibly easy. Regularly vacuum treated surfaces to remove loose debris. For spills or dirt, simply blot immediately with a clean damp microfibre towel, or a gentle rinse with a pressure washer or a light hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo (such as Emporio Automotive UK PURE SHAMPOO) is usually sufficient for cabrio roofs, followed by allowing the fabric to air dry..

• IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
• IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTRE/doctor if you feel unwell.
• IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTRE/doctor if you feel unwell.
• Storage: Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up.
• Disposal: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
