Shipping Info

All orders that are received, will be dispatched from our premises by our chosen couriers (Royal Mail & DPD), within 48hrs of being subjected to the necessary security checks and payment clearances*.

Saturday/Sunday deliveries are also available

While I strive to process orders as promptly as I can, I am a full time detailer and therefore most orders get done on evenings and weekends. Once you place an order, please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and dispatch. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

As a result of this it is currently impossible for us to guarantee we will be able to dispatch orders the same day, so therefore we currently DO NOT offer this service. So please allow for this at the time of ordering.

All our stated delivery times have therefore already been adjusted to include this period in them, so for example our 'Express Delivery' will be delivered '1-3 working days' after the time of dispatch and so on, NOT unfortunately from the time of which you placed the order!. Please accepted our apologises in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause

Buy Now, Pay Later Orders

(BNPL) orders are also subject to an ‘admin’ delay whilst we await confirmation of ‘cleared’ funds in transit, this period can vary depending on which merchant is used to process your payment (we currently offer Clearpay, Klarna & Paypal) for this. As a result NO ORDERS will be sent out until we receive this, your order will however, be processed as normal just NOT booked with our couriers until this confirmation is received.​

Notifications:

When your order is fulfilled and dispatched you will receive a shipping notification email. Afterwards, you will receive additional notifications from either Royal Mail or DPD. These emails/texts can contain delivery information, such as which date your order will arrive on, etc.

Please keep an eye on your email inbox (and junk/spam folder) as these delivery information notifications will allow you to keep track of your order.

UK Mainland - Standard Delivery £6.95 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Expected delivery time from dispatch is 3-5 working days. During November and December this increases to up to 10 working days.

UK Mainland - Express Delivery £8.95 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) unless ordered before 12pm. Deliveries are sent on a first class delivery service with Royal Mail.

Free Delivery - Standard Delivery £FREE on orders over £75

Free delivery is available for orders over £75.00. The free delivery is only available to orders shipping to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.

​If for whatever reason we have to have an item "Drop Shipped" from one of our suppliers, their shipping timescales may differ from ours (Rupes & Bigboi Items for example can take up to 5 days due to size & weight)

Weekend Deliveries: from £10.95

At Emporio Automotive UK we understand that it is not always convenient for some customers to be in to collect their order during the week, therefore orders can also be placed throughout the week especially for weekend delivery, these orders will be dispatched on the next available preselected Saturday or Sunday service and should arrive on the next available Saturday/Sunday. Unfortunately there are occasions where we CANNOT guarantee that this is the same weekend as which the order was placed as this is determined by the cut off point we are given by the couriers in advance for this particular service, so please bare this in mind when placing the order, please leave plenty of time when ordering your goods, if in doubt or for urgent orders please contact us in advance to check on the available timescale at that point in time.

Professional Detailers

Once we've dispatched your order our couriers are generally very good but there is always the possibility of an exception. If you are a fellow professional detailer or valeter, we would advise keeping essential items in stock at all times to ensure you can always deliver your customers' jobs on time.

Keeping this stock will ensure you do not let customers down and restocking in a timely manner is essential. Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control may occur and, in this instance, we are not liable for any costs incurred. 

Force Majeure:

Emporio Automotive UK shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

We make every effort to dispatch orders placed, as quickly as possible. However, sometimes situations outside of our control can arise. We would therefore recommend placing orders for time-sensitive detailing supplies as early as possible. This is so that you're able to take delivery of your order one or two days before you need your car care and detailing products.

Events such as adverse weather conditions, very heavy traffic due to roadworks/accidents, vehicle breakdowns, delays in receiving payment and other unexpected scenarios can affect courier delivery.
